A non-licensee is an individual who is not currently affiliated with an active
Johnson County licensed company in the system.
Non-licensees may use the portal to:
- Enroll in continuing education courses
- Make payments for course registration
- Track completed education
Non-licensees are charged a fee of $30 per credit hour for participation in approved continuing education courses.
